“Vacancies near me” is a common search. ACECQA registers do not publish live vacancy counts, so we never invent spots or waitlist lengths.
Practical steps
- Shortlist approved services by suburb, NQS rating and ChildcareScout Score.
- Contact several centres — ask about age-group waitlists, bonds and expected offer timing.
- Confirm the service is still approved on the official ACECQA register.
- Ask how CCS enrolment confirmation works once a place is offered.
