Conditions

The approved provider must continue to ensure a suitably qualified fit and proper person fulfills the role of nominated supervisor at Jungle Cubs Seven Hills (SE-00006709) and Seashells Early Learning Centre Smiths Lakes (SE-00008961). The nominated supervisors must be employed on a full-time basis, attending the service five days each week. The approved provider must notify the Commission of the name of this person and of any future changes to this person. Should the approved provider fail to meet these requirements, the service or provider approval may be suspended or cancelled until such time as a fit and proper nominated supervisor has been nominated. The approved provider must notify all families of children enrolled at the education and care service of these conditions and provide a copy of this notification to the Commission. The Person with Management or Control (PMC) Tejinder CHAHAL (PMC-00075712) cannot nominate himself to hold the role of nominated supervisor at any approved service under the provider approval Grow Happy Education (Provider Approval Number PR-40033481).
