The persons with management or control must undertake professional development, within 6 months of being granted provider approval, in Quality Areas 1 and 7 of the National Quality Standard, and the Child Safe Standards and provide evidence of completion to the Regulatory Authority within 14 days. The professional development must be delivered by a recognised early childhood training organisation or expert, approved in writing by the Regulatory Authority prior to undertaking the professional development.
