Conditions

Except in the case of transport provided as part of an excursion, for a minimum period of 2 years, commencing on 16 March 2022, the approved provider must not provide or arrange for the transportation of, either directly or via a third-party service, any children attending the education and care service. For a minimum period of 12 months, commencing on 16 March 2022, the approved provider must provide the Regulatory Authority with copies of any risk assessments and authorisations relating to excursions prior to the excursions being conducted. The excursion cannot be conducted until such time as the Regulatory Authority is satisfied with the risk assessments and authorisations. You are required to enrol and participate in the ACECQA Quality Support Program and to provide evidence to the Department that you have done so as soon as practicable.
