The approved provider must ensure that no outdoor play equipment is placed within 1.9m of the perimeter fencing. The approved provider is required to make arrangements within 3 months of approval being granted with the relevant regional office to arrange attendance when the service will conduct a rehearsal of the emergency and evacuation procedures in accordance with regulation 97(3)(a) of the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011.
