Approval conditions

The Approved Provider must: provide training to persons with management or control; the Nominated Supervisor; educational leader and all educators employed, appointed or engaged by the Service to ensure that they have a clear understanding of the Service's policies and procedures including all policies and procedures outlined in regulation 168; with specific reference to the Service's Code of Conduct policy and Providing a Child Safe Environment policy, by 30 March 2019; and the Department must be provided with proof of the completion of the training within 7 days of completion.
