Approval conditions

The approved provider must ensure that all children educated and cared for by the service have safe access to outdoor space during the renovation of the outdoor space. The approved provider must ensure that educators are made aware of the risk assessment and follow the strategies to support children accessing outdoor space The Approved Provider must notify the Regulatory Authority within 48 hours if the amount of outdoor space available during the renovation is reduced from that indicated in the plan of works supplied with this waiver application. The approved provider must submit plans and revised area measurements of the outdoor space on completion of works. The Approved Provider must ensure the Regulatory Authority is advised 30 days prior to the waiver finish date if the waiver is no longer required, or if the works will not be completed by the waiver finish date.
