Approval conditions

The approved provider must ensure that its service, located at 160 Bennett Springs Dr Beechboro, only operates between 6:30am and 8:45am and 3:00pm and 6:00pm on weekdays during school terms, except for pupil free days as designated by the school where the service can operate between 6:30am and 6:00pm The approved provider must ensure that a nominated supervisor conducts a face-to-face review of all employees’ satisfactory understanding of the service specific supervision risk assessment and the staff contingency plan (review). The review is not to be conducted via video-conferencing facilities. The approved provider must ensure that the review is conducted with all current employees as soon as reasonably practicable and with new employees prior to them commencing at the service. The approved provider must ensure that only children who are currently enrolled in, and attend or will attend, a school in the current year attend the outside school hours care program. The approved provider must ensure that all children attending the outside school hours care program must be at least 4 years of age by 30 June in the year they attend the program. The approved provider is to ensure that at all times enrolled children over preschool age require access to and from the toilet facilities, they are accompanied and supervised by a contact staff member.
