Approval conditions

When the approved provider has exclusive use of the Activity Room 1, Activity Room 2 and adjoining play areas as shown on the service plans, the approved provider must ensure the number of children educated and cared for at the service at any one time does not exceed a maximum of 30 children. On all days where the service does not have exclusive use of the Activity Room 1, Activity Room 2 and the adjoining play areas, the approved provider must ensure the number of children educated and cared for at the service at any one time does not exceed 20 children. As of the 14 January 2025 the approved provider must ensure that the map of the service identifying the approved indoor and outdoor space is displayed next to the service approval certificate displayed per section 172(b) of the National Law.
