Approval conditions

1. The approved provider must ensure that a risk assessment and management plan is in place to ensure adequate supervision of children moving between the allocated indoor space (room C01 of Building C) and any other facilities or areas within the school that the service utilises. The approved provider must ensure that educators are aware of the risk assessment and management plan and implement it in practice. 1.1 that a Risk Minimisation Plan and Supervision Plan is developed, documented, implemented and reviewed that clearly outlines: 1.1.1 Educator positioning; 1.2.1 Visibility and line of sight practices; 1.3.1 Strategies for managing transitions; and 1.4.1 Communication procedures required to maintain effective supervision are maintained while providing care of children. 1.2 A minimum of three (3) educators must be present and providing education and care to children at all times during the operation of the Outside School Hours Care - After School Care service.
