At any time, education and care is being provided, at least one educator working directly with children at the service must hold a qualification that is published under regulation 137(2) in the list of approved qualifications for second and subsequent qualified educators working with children over preschool age for South Australia. The approved provider must take reasonable steps to recruit a qualified educators during the waiver period. The approved provider must notify the Regulatory Authority within 14 days if the waiver is no longer required.
