This service is approved to provide education and care to children from birth up to and including over preschool age. The service is not approved to provide education and care to school children. The service is approved to operate with a maximum number of 127 children while the conditions of the service waivers dated 27 July 2022 and 15 August 2023 are in effect: • It is a condition of the service waiver that the Approved Provider may utilise 328m2 of alternate means space on the upper level, and 315m2 of alternate means space on the lower level, to satisfy part of the unencumbered outdoor space measurements. •It is a condition of the service waiver that the Approved Provider must ensure the upper and lower level alternate means space allows children to explore and experience the natural environment (including natural vegetation).
