The Approved Provider must comply with the current Soil Management Plan dated August 2025 Revision 1 for the approved education and care service premises. The Approved Provider must ensure that: o A copy of the current Soil Management Plan and the record of any inspection undertaken under the Soil Management Plan, is kept at the education and care service premises and made available to Authorised Officers, parents and service staff on request. o Any revisions made to the Soil Management Plan must be notified to the Regulatory Authority within 7 days of the date of revision. o The requirements of the Soil Management Plan are communicated with all educators, staff and volunteers upon their commencement with the service.
