Condition 5 - A diploma qualified educator must be in the preschool room and work closely with the ECT who must oversee the program. Condition 1 –The maximum approved number of children must not exceed 72 on any given day. The break-up of these numbers across rooms it to support the building of quality practice, and must not exceed the below: o Possum: 12 children (51.9 m2) o Frillies: 14 children (49.7 m2) o Green Ants: 12 children (38.7 m2) o Bull Ants: 10 children (24.3 m2) o Fire Ants: 8 children (22.3 m2) o Preschool: 16 children (57.8 m2) Condition 2 – The service must continue to provide indoor access to children in the Fire Ants room through the utilisation of the Office 1 space. 7. The service must have access to a fully qualified ECT that oversees the program and mentors' educators working directly with children.
