Approval conditions

The approved provider must engage in communications with Jingili Primary School to determine how the absences of children are shared between services each day. On arrival to the service at the commencement of the session, the children must present in age groups to ensure all children are accounted for. The children must be grouped into separate rooms (up to 3 groups maximum) to support the needs of children and efficiency of this process. The service must utilise the assembly area as part of their indoor space, in that, the service is required to set up engaging activities and environments that simulate access to additional indoor space at all times the service is in operation. The maximum number of children that the service may educate and care for on any given day is 70 children The approved provider must not transport children other than the collection of preschool children from Jingili Preschool and excursions The approved provider must submit all transportation documentation in alignment with Regulation 102C, Regulation 102E and 102F to the Regulatory Authority within 48 hours of excursion completion, until the Regulatory Authority deems this condition can be removed.
