1. Service must actively advertise to fill the ECT position for the duration of the wavier and provide evidence of such on request. 2. All educators must engage with the following training: - First Aid & CPR - Safe Sleep Practice - Supervision - Mandatory Reporting - Safe Food Handling 3. The service must engage with professional development on educational program and practice. 4. The service must have access to a fully qualified ECT that oversees the program and mentors educators working directly with children.
