Approval conditions

An approved provider must ensure that, whenever children are being educated and cared for by the service, the relevant number of educators educating and caring for the children is at least one educator more than the number prescribed for this purpose. The approved provider must ensure that education and care is only provided between the times of 06:30am to 08:30am and 15:00pm to 18:00pm. The approved provider must ensure that there are no more than 18 children within the “Art Room” - as identified on the attached plan - at any one time. The approved provider must ensure that there are no more than 17 children within the “Music Room” - as identified on the attached plan - at any one time. The approved provider must ensure that the plan identifying the “Art Room” and “Music Room” is displayed adjacent to the prescribed information about service approval conditions per section 172 of the National Law. The approved provider is to ensure that at all times enrolled children over preschool age require access to and from the toilet facilities, they are accompanied and supervised by a contact staff member. The approved provider is to ensure that at all times enrolled children preschool age or under require access to and from the toilet facilities, they are accompanied and supervised by a contact staff member, including while in the bathroom. The approved provider must ensure that at all times when moving between approved spaces the enrolled children are accompanied by a contact staff member.
