Approval conditions

It is a condition of the waiver that, for each child being educated and cared for by the service, the service has at least 7 square metres of unencumbered outdoor space. Each area of unencumbered outdoor space included in calculations must: (a) be outside the external walls of a building on the premises. The approval is granted subject to the condition that non-ambulant children under 2 years of age are not enrolled in rooms located above the ground floor of the premises.
