The approved provider must comply with the Environmental Site Assessment and Recommendation Report, project number 42076, which must be maintained together with the service approval and available for inspection at all times the service educating and caring for children. The approved provider must not undertake any activity during the hours of operation that results in disturbance of the barrier layer and exposure to the underlying soil. No changes to the landscaping of the education and care service may be undertaken without prior consent from the Regulatory Authority.
