Approval conditions

An educational leader or diploma qualified educator must be in attendance on all days an early childhood teacher is not on site for the duration of the waiver. The risk mitigation strategies identified in the risk assessment must be fully implemented, and evidence of implementation must be maintained. The service must not exceed daily attendance of 59 children until an early childhood teacher or suitably qualified person is appointed, or while the waiver for Regulation 132(1) remains in effect.
