The approved provider must submit transport risk assessments as per regulation 102C of the Education and Care Services National Regulations to the Barwon South West Regional team at least 14 days prior to operating a transport service from each new before or afterschool pick up and drop off location. The approved provider must ensure no alcohol is served on the premises while children are being educated and cared for.
