Approval conditions

It is a condition of the temporary waiver that the approved provider must provide evidence of attempts to recruit a suitably qualified Early Childhood Teacher, to the Regulatory Authority, on the first Monday of each month for the period that the waiver is in force. This evidence must include, but is not limited to: ◦ additional strategies implemented to attract, upskill, and retain qualified educators; ◦ evidence of broader recruitment strategies such as dated advertisements from a range of platforms; and ◦ outcomes of recruitment efforts across a range of platforms and methods.
