Approval conditions

The approved provider must notify the Regulatory Authority within 14 days of any changes to the supervision policy for the service. The approved provider must take reasonable steps to ensure that the nominated supervisor and staff members of, and volunteers at, the service follow the supervision policy for the service. The approved provider is required to make arrangements within 3 months of approval being granted with the relevant regional office to arrange attendance when the service will conduct a rehearsal of the emergency and evacuation procedures in ccordance with regulation 97(3)(a) of the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011. The approved provider must ensure that no outdoor play equipment is placed within 1.9m of the perimeter fencing. The approved provider must develop a plan to ensure that all children being educated and cared for at the service have regular access to genuine outdoor space and natural environment and natural features. This plan must be submitted to the Regulatory Authority by 30 April 2018. The waiver from regulation 108 – outdoor space only relates to the covered outdoor play area in Playscape 01 and Playscape 03 as denoted on the plans. Playscape 02, as denoted on the plans, is not considered in the calculations for regulation 108 – outdoor space.
