Conditions
From 1 May 2025 and every three months thereafter, the approved provider must submit to the Regulatory Authority its Quality Improvement Plans for any education and care services in NSW that are rated at Working Towards the National Quality Standard. These plans must demonstrate progress towards addressing all quality areas rated as Working Towards. From 1 May 2025 the approved provider must ensure that, in respect to each of its education and care services in NSW: a. any allegations or incidents involving physical or sexual abuse of a child in education and care at its services; and b. any circumstance arising at any of its services that poses a risk to the health, safety or wellbeing of child are reported to the Regulatory Authority as soon as practicable, but not later than 24 hours, of the matter being reported to an educator, nominated supervisor, or area manager.
