Approval conditions

This service is approved to provide education and care to children from children from birth up to and including school children The Approved Provider must continue to engage a management company. The Approved Provider has engaged Aced It Childcare Consultants to support the operations of the education and care service. The Approved Provider must notify the Regulatory Authority at the Metro South Regional Office of any change or removal of Aced It Childcare Consultants as the management company in advance of changing or removing Aced It Childcare Consultants The Approved Provider must provide a copy of any new agreement/ contract between the approved provider and any new management company to the Regulatory Authority, should they engage a management company other than Aced It Childcare Consultants. The mirrors and/or CCTV and monitors installed at the service are constantly maintained and operational to ensure the facilitation of adequate supervision of children at all times they are being educated and cared for the service, having regard to the need to maintained the rights and dignity of the children as required under regulation 115 of the Education and Care Services National Regulations (National Regulations).
