The approved provider must take reasonable steps to ensure that all children attending the education and care service have access to natural environments through routine outings. The approved provider must ensure that educators are made aware of the risk assessment and follow the strategies to support children accessing outdoor space. The approved provider must notify the Regulatory Authority within 14 days if the waiver is no longer required.
